In order to support the Data Governance of Engineering team, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a
Data Governance Business Analyst (d/f/m)
Our Data Governance team is in charge of defining, developing, implementing and supporting methods and solutions in order to improve and sustain the Quality and the Compliance of the Airbus Helicopters engineering data to regulations (legal,aeronautical etc.).
By nature, Data governance is not involved in the Design Office industrial model, but requires a large culture of the various engineering activities performed to satisfy correctly its objectives.
Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Perform data analysis and business diagnosis to identify data quality and compliance issues
-
Define, frame, drumbeat data quality and compliance recovery plans to maintain the business continuity.

develop applicative prototypes to test approaches and specify applicative components to reinforce the control and the analysis of the data quality and compliance requirements.

Support and improve the existing data governance processes describing Roles and Responsibilities and the data workflows throughout the airbus Helicopters engineering

Author guidances for an application, process and general topics with a service oriented mindset

Participate in large and small projects, with various digital interactions

Ensure our network of representatives adherence to all the guidances deployed by the Data Governance
Desired skills and qualifications
-
Academic studies (Bachelor, Master/Diploma or PhD) in the field of digital technologies or Engineering with a digital sensitivity

Basic experience and curiosity in the design, development, engineering of an aircraft
-
Knowledge in data context: Database design, data analysis, BI analysis, data regulation, data modeling

A previous experience with software development is desirable. A previous experience around the manufacturing value chain is a plus

Basic knowledge and curiosity for trendy domains as: NoSql, Python, AI, NLP, OCR

Sensitivity to less trendy domains as VB, Google Workspace, Object model, JS

Basic knowledge in project management and V model implementation

Language skills: English business fluent. Knowledge of German, French or Spanish would be an advantage.

Knowledge in Regulation context (export control, airworthiness…) is a plus
