You will provide assistance to the customers (airlines), ensuring timely responses with good quality and with on-site assistance when necessary in the security domain.
You will monitor security in-service events, identify potential impact and launch appropriate corrective action with the relevant design organisation.
You will contribute to the authoring of security guidelines (Security handbooks, Security Information Bulletin) for customers in order to ensure security during operation and maintenance of the aircraft.
You will participate in on-site security assessment and audits and support our customers in the security requirements implementation.
You will contribute to the organisation of Security events and conduct Security presentation during various workshops with airlines
Airbus Commercial Customer Service - Security Centre of Competences
Our duty is to support and assist Airbus customers on their daily operations in any questions related to the security of their aircraft.
YOUR CHALLENGE :
In the frame of Customer support activities:
-
To answer all airline queries related to product security within the defined time scale.
-
To analyse all in-service security & FLS events to identify potential impact (including airworthiness, reliability, cost, etc.), launch and progress all actions necessary to find the cause of the events and initiate/follow-up development of corrective actions or product improvement with the Airbus design organisation.

To contribute to the management of in service security issues during the Product Security Panel.

To ensure that organizational security measures for products are prepared and transferred to airlines by using appropriate means of communication

To deliver security awareness sessions to other Customer Services departments.

To prepare airlines for EIS in term of product security by delivering security presentation during e-operations workshop
-
To support aircraft security airline community events (ASUP,ASUP workshops..)

To use extensively and properly the relevant tool available (TRM, WISECAP …) and use systematically its document filing capabilities.

To provide the management with continuous and regular feedback on his/her activities.

SKILLS :
The job holder covers some of the key competences for aircraft operations, information systems and security.
Applicants will need to demonstrate competence in one or more of the following fields :
•Information technology
• security (cybersecurity)
• airline, aircraft operations
• General : with good communication skills, the candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence and transmit knowledge into the stakeholder community.
You have the experience and the following skills:
