Cutting Manufacturing Supervisor

This position is part of our EDS segment, Electrical Distribution System.

We engineer and manufacture a full range of power and signal distribution systems, including the high-speed data and high-power electrical systems needed to build feature-rich, highly automated, electric vehicles.

Position Summary

Responsible to the General Cutting Manufacturing Supervisor for the management of material, human, technical, systematic and administrative resources to meet production schedules.

Your Role

  • Maintain a CLEAN, SAFE and ORDERLY work environment.
  • Follow up on quality system.

  • Comply with EOS procedures. BSI AND ISO 14000
  • Development of cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
  • Comply with SCRAP objectives
  • Development of ECIP cost reduction projects.

  • Assist in the management of services or material required before the corresponding Final Assembly area.
  • Eventually covers absences and leaves of absence of the Operative personnel.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • English level 80%.
  • Experience in automotive harnesses preferred.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle and production processes.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, IATF).
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
