SSC Services and Support SP
Technical Services EF SP
Mision:
Satisfy the National or International Customer needs within the C1 In-Service contract given technical support to the whole EuroFighter fleet related to the aircraft systems, subsystems and components which AIRBUS Sp is responsible for.
Role, Responsibilities
- Specialist in Aircraft´s General Systems
- Valuable the experience in EF 1000 Ltr Supersonic Fuel Tank and DC Generator
- Provide technical response to the CORE and Export customers request regarding the aircraft systems, subsystems and components
- Availabilty to travel where the Aircraft is located: Air Forces Bases, Air Force deployments
- Replay to Customer´s Technical requests on time following the Performance Parameters included in C1 contract via Request & Response tool
- Provide technical support in situ or on call for Query & answering, Defect Investigation, Problem Investigation, Technical Instructions
- EuroFighter In-Service procedures, EFESPs, knowledge are welcomed
- Provide Aircraft Repair Instructions
- Request & Response tool experience will be valued
Educational Background/Knowledge
- Aeronautical Engineering Degree.
- At least five years of experience in aircraft systems
- At least five years of experience in customer services would be a strong advantage
- Negotiation Level in Spanish
- Negotiation Level in English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
