CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGEMENT

Job Description:

Organize regular meetings, visits with the customers.

Provide customer with information on support and services.

Collect and discuss customer feedback.

Monitor the support and service performance at individual customer level.

Launch and pilot any required action plan.
