Join us and lead tech innovation for autonomous vehicles!  

 

You will:

  • Works closely with our 3rd party logistics providers, customs broker , international customer representatives, delivery planners, shipping supervisors and operations  to coordinate the timely shipment of international orders for Middle East

  • Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries

  • Prepares timely management information and reports as requested

  • Interfaces daily with international sales department personnel and provides status of international sales orders

  • Ensures all export documentation is generated accurately and timely

  • Ensures all export shipments are invoiced on the day of shipment

  • Managing  OEM customers   mainly Ford  & Stellantis. 

  • Ensures Customer Service performance and follow up ( Ford & Stellantis)

You are: 

  • University Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Minimum of 2 year experience in air, ocean or other international transportations

  • Experience with international logistics and conventional distribution center operations and experience interfacing with freight forwarders and customs brokers

  • Knowledge  in import/export documentation requirements and preparation

  • Very good analytical and organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to work under minimal supervision

  • SAP experience is an asset

  • Ability to work with cultural differences in business relationships in the world area

  • Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels

  • Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously
