Your Role:

  • Be the voice of Customer in Project Team/PML and representing Aptiv outside of the organization

  • Executing APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) on-time

  • Submitting PPAP on-time

  • Analysing Aptiv and Customer quality requirements

  • Owning Customer required documentation in Customer B2B portals

  • Owning Built in Quality (BIQ) and Known Issue Matrix (KIM) activities with Project Team and PML

  • Driving quality risk analysis, providing Quality vote recommendation to Regional Quality Director

  • Managing Quality Assurance Matrix (QAM) – verifying special characteristic linkage in Project documentation (drawings, FMEA’s, Control Plan)

  • Being a part of Design & Process FMEA Core Team, leading development of Control Plan

  • Driving for POR and problem solving in PDP

  • Assign Quality tasks within Project Team (e.g. BIQ inputs/outputs, preparation for Customer visits, problem solving)

  • Having “lean & quality risk oriented mindset” – looking for improvements of existing quality processes & procedures

  • Reporting of project status to the Manager

  • Realizing individual initiatives delegated by Manager

  • Taking care of good company image

  • Protecting Aptiv confidential information

  • Accomplishing tasks in accordance to AS&UX and local standards and schedules

  • Business trips - around 15%
     

Your Background:

  • Engineer or Bachelor / Master Diploma in Engineering or Quality Management

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Industry area / Automotive Quality

  • Experience in Customer cooperation / OEM

  • Advanced knowledge of quality tools such as: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, AIAG&VDA standards and Customer Specific Requirements

  • Proficiency in problem solving tools (3L5Why, 8D, Ishikawa, FTA)

  • Interpersonal skills: self-confident, communicative, evidence and risk based decision thinking, well time management and team worker

  • Fluent English

  • Proficiency in professional business presentations

  • Willingness to travel

  • Ability to work with people from different departments / countries
