What’s in it for you?
In the role as Commercial Fleet Manager, you will have the opportunity to work for a strong international brand as an integral part of the Commercial Operations team of Volvo Car Denmark. We are a dedicated & competent team consisting of 10 people who are all passionate about the automotive industry and the transformation we are in. You will be the key driver in growing our new car sales and set our overall strategy to fleet companies, major accounts and create new business opportunities.

What you’ll do?
We are a flat organization with a can-do attitude, and we act as a strong team to enable the business to be successful. As Fleet Manager your responsibility covers amongst others:

• Leasing companies & major accounts sales
• Working together with Volvo retailers to support and drive B2B (Business-To-Business) sales
• Special vehicle sales and administration to public accounts

In the work with retailers and leasing companies it’s important that you use your analytic skills to monitor account performance and research the market to indentify opportunities for us to take the nessesary actions to maintain our competetiveness.What you´ll bring
We are looking for you with knowledge of the Danish automotive industry preferably with a history in fleet management and/or B2B sales.

You are strong in stakeholder management and enjoy keeping many projects and tasks running at the same time. Further, you have a commercial mindset and a drive to increase sales in the channels you are responsible for.

Furthermore, you qualify by having:
· A documented experience within the automotive industry
· Fluent in Danish as well as English
· Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
· Availability to travel

For this role, a Driver’s license is required.

You are a strong team player with excellent communications skills. You take initiative, prioritize, and solve problems as a natural part of your way of working. You are a skilled negotiator who is able to apply flexibility and understanding to your decision-making.

In this role it´s also important to bring strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, a high level of structure and ability to plan, coordinate, and execute work with many different stakeholders involved.

To enjoy, contribute and develop in this role you have a genuine passion and curiosity for the automotive industry. You are open-minded and like to approach tasks with analytical thinking.
