Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Head of Cabin Supplier Readiness to join our End-2-End BFE (Cabin Buyer Furnished Equipment) team based in Toulouse, France.
With a huge ramp-up coming on the Cabin BFE across all programs, Airbus needs to work in a collaborative way with the BFE suppliers to ensure readiness across multiple disciplines to support the Airbus needs (industrial, engineering, project management, supply-chain management).
You will have to work closely with the key stakeholders (Programs, Cabin Program, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement Operations, Strategic Procurement, Marketing) to achieve the objectives.

Your challenges:

Ensure BFE Supplier readiness to meet Airbus cross platform demands, working closely with the Supplier top management and internal Airbus functions to deliver this.

Ensure a risk assessment in place to support the BFE Manager to influence the customer cabin choices.

Detailed understanding of the BFE suppliers maturity and readiness across multiple capabilities/disciplines

Ensure a structured multi-functional approach to drive the transformation of the supply-chain

Approach to feed in the risk profile into the Customer BFE cabin selection

Escalation process on major supplier x-program/x-development issues ensuring a coordinated approach with one Airbus voice into the supplier during crisis.

Experience at supplier management and supplier development

Ability to drive change and transformation

Willingness to travel globally - frequent travel to supplier sites will be required.

A strong internal network in the Cabin perimeter is beneficial.

Languages: English negotiation level

Salary range:
Salary range based on the required profile: 75 to 85 K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
