Finance Process Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission:

Join the GBS team as a business analyst in order to harmonize End to end  processes and find process automation potential.  

Main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze and document End to end business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE) mainly in the Finance area, which can extend to HR or Procurement (Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks, capture and document current state manual processes)

  • Support the facilitation of discovery sessions across multiple teams and business units and lead the adoption / implementation activities associated with new digital solutions within the business

  • Drumbeat the functions for process harmonization and conduct workshops and continuous communication of process improvement 

  • Work with cross-functional teams and business units to understand, challenge and provide support on strategy to achieve the company’s goals through business and technology transformation 

  • Enable end to end solution based on business outcome and user experience.

  • Re-engineer processes to improve automation potential and efficiency 

  • Adapt rapidly in an evolving environment through multifunctional and international teams.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience on Business Process, Business Optimization, Process Description Experience and usage of continuous improvement methodologies 

  • Bachelor degree Business Administration, Information Systems Technology or equivalent

  • Good communication and presentation skills and a proactive approach to problem  solving.

  • Basic knowledge in Process Mining (e.g. Celonis)

  • Basic knowledge on Robotic Process Automation and experience in automating robots which access SAP processes would be a plus - working with Uipath Application.

  • Up to 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Finance.

  • Good analytical skills to understand business processes, and to be able to look at processes and find the automation potential. 

  • Project management skills and the ability to work to strict timescales as part of an  integrated, multidisciplinary team.

  • Assertiveness  and Influence, persuasive and change management skills are required.

  • Proactive, problem solving and decision making.

  • Flexible and dynamic personality, ability to work independently, with limited supervision, whilst participating fully as a member of the Finance Automation team.
