Job Description:
Asistir de forma oportuna y eficaz a un gerente o equipo en tareas operativas, de planificación u organizativas.
Colaborar en los procesos, análisis de datos y mejora continua de los procesos de Recursos Humanos.
Apoyar en el desarrollo continuo y la digitalización de los procesos internos de HR.
Apoyar en el análisis de datos del departamento y evaluación de los posibles problemas encaminados a establecer planes de acción.
Colaboración con el departamento de Recursos Humanos en la gestión del plan de transformación de HR general a todos los niveles.
Aprendizaje de la metodología de gestión de proyectos aplicada al plan de transformación.
