ATR - Repair Management ( F/M)

MISSION

  • To ensure that all repair orders – rotables and structural parts are carried-out within the framework of the repair agreements and agreed lead-times

  • To be accountable for operation performance of the Vendors in his/her portfolio in terms of Repair cost, Shop Processing Time/O.T.D, Warranty Administration.

ACTIVITIES

  • To identify non-conform events on the application of contracts and communicate with the concerned parties.

  • To identify non-performance root causes and initiate, monitor corrective recovery plan towards vendors.

  • To submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

  • To challenge for review all Time & Material quotes in order to preserve ATR’s position.

  • To set-up operational review meetings with vendors in order to monitor logistics and economics performances and address open issues

  • To assist commercial teams on 3rd party invoicing criteria (technical details allowing to justify customer recharge whilst providing guidance and technical recommendations to the customer)

  • To support commercial teams to settle commercial disputes on repairs and eligible ATR warranty claims.

PROFILE

  • Master’s degree (Baccalauréat +4/+5) (potentially Bac+3 with strong repair experience)

  • After-sales market, Supply chain/Logistics, Part 145

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Purchasing/Sales Administration

  • Fluent in English, other languages – e.g. Italian, Spanish, and German - would be a plus

  • SAP, Demonstrated proficiency preferred with MS Office applications including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure

  • A positive attitude, self-motivated, strong attention to detail

  • Availability and flexibility for international travelling (mainly in Europe)

MISSION

  • S'assurer que tous les ordres de réparation - pièces rotatives et pièces structurelles - sont exécutés dans le cadre des accords de réparation et des délais convenus.

  • Être responsable de la performance opérationnelle des fournisseurs de son portefeuille en termes de coût de réparation, de temps de traitement en atelier, d'administration de la garantie.

ACTIVITÉS

  • Identifier les événements non conformes à l'application des contrats et communiquer avec les parties concernées.

  • Identifier les causes profondes de la non-performance et initier et suivre un plan de redressement correctif à l'égard des fournisseurs.

  • Soumettre des rapports en temps opportun et préparer des présentations/propositions selon les besoins.

  • Remettre en question tous les devis de temps et de matériel afin de préserver la position d'ATR.

  • Organiser des réunions de revue opérationnelle avec les fournisseurs afin de contrôler les performances logistiques et économiques et de traiter les problèmes en suspens.

  • Assister les équipes commerciales sur les critères de facturation des tiers (détails techniques permettant de justifier la recharge du client tout en fournissant des conseils et des recommandations techniques au client).

  • Assister les équipes commerciales dans le règlement des litiges commerciaux sur les réparations et les demandes de garantie ATR éligibles.

PROFIL

  • Master (Baccalauréat +4/+5) (potentiellement Bac+3 avec une forte expérience en réparation) 

  • Marché de l'après-vente, Chaîne d'approvisionnement/Logistique, Part 145

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en Supply Chain/Logistique/Achats/Administration des ventes

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, d'autres langues - par exemple l'italien, l'espagnol et l'allemand - seraient un plus.

  • SAP, maîtrise avérée des applications MS Office, notamment : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, excellentes capacités d'organisation, capacité à travailler sous pression.

  • Attitude positive, motivation personnelle, grand souci du détail.

  • Disponibilité et flexibilité pour les déplacements internationaux (principalement en Europe).
