ATR Production Support - MAP Improvement and Processes (M/F)

Job Description:

ATR MAP is the interface between Engineering and Production, Quality or Programs Departments for all production related matters, it provides support for daily production activities and for identification and eradication of recurring non conformities.  

It also has the responsibility for concession and query notes processes.   

The main activity to be performed by Monitoring and Improvement is the management and improvement of concessions and query notes processes. You will interface with DOA, POA and ISM to identify any improvement area in concession and query notes processes, and you will write and correct the relevant procedures.  

You will also support ATR DOA and ISM during audits to partners and from authorities with the technical expertise in the relevant processes.  

You will be a key player in identification and eradication of recurring non-conformities, acting as an interface between the stakeholder and supporting them in identification of priorities.  

You will support ATR Production Quality and Programs Departments during delivery phases of the aircraft and during presentation to the customers of concessions.  

You have   

  • BAC+5 Degree or equivalent  

  • At least 5 years experience in a relevant position  

  • Good knowledge of process management  

  • Good understanding of Certification and Airworthiness principles  

  • Negotiation level in English and French, Italian would be a plus  

  • Good knowledge of standard office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and VBA, a basic knowledge of MS Access and SQL will be a plus  

  • Good knowledge of LEAN principles, Green or Yellow belt will be a plus;  

  • Good knowledge of SAP PAC tool 

  

You will be:  

  • A key player in identification and eradication of recurring non conformities  

  • Able to support ATR Engineering in prioritisation of Modification related to production support topics  

  • Able to work collaboratively, with the team and other stakeholders, to manage and support in high pressure situations  

  • Capable of developing new processes to reduce lead times for deliverables  

  • Able to animate meetings with internal stakeholders and surveillance agencies to present process improvements.
