ATR – Global Maintenance Agreement Business Responsible (M/F)

Job Description:

GMA (Global Maintenance Agreement) Offers and Profitability team is accountable for GMA P&L, including but not limited to Financial, Business Cases, Profitability and Cost Base.

As part of the team, you will be responsible of defining overall GMA strategy and secure / improve GMA profitability in line with ATR financial objectives. You will be in direct contact with sales team to customize offers to customers’ operations and responsible of working transversally with all contributors.

Expert in financial analysis, you will provide a financial synthesis of the profitability of the campaign to support Management decisions regarding strategic GMA campaigns.

Roles/responsibilities:

Reporting to Head of GMA Offers & Profitability, your main responsibilities will be:

GMA Sales campaigns support/back office:

  • Support Services Sales Team during RFx campaigns by providing financial analysis and offers;
  • Supports deal flow by securing the “technical closes” in complex solutions (GMA set up);
  • Collaborates with Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Inventory, and Technical Support to ensure proposed deals meet Customer needs;
  • Be responsible for achieving a profit in regard of expectations of the sales resources, market;
  • Prepare commercial offers integrating financial and commercial aspects;
  • Contribute to bid / no bid committee, campaigns strategy and implement campaigns drumbeat
  • Identify risk and draw the adequate mitigation plan

GMA Set up management:

  • Set-up and implement transversal analysis covering financial aspects, industrial set-up, services levels, operational impact, contractual conditions, risks management, back to back analysis when applicable… for each campaign until signature
  • Interact with sales team to propose customized GMA offer, taking into account customer’s operations
  • Master business case tool (DAS) for potential back-up or specific adaptations to be done
  • Coordinate/lead GMA transversal topics with internal stakeholders ( profitability, admin, repair, spares, pool, procurement…);
  • Be in charge of deal profitability by verifying/assessing margins;
  • support contract management team in monitoring profitability & improving margins
  • Define GMA offer architecture, content, scope, costs and pricing target
  • Optimize GMA cost-base and launch internal initiatives to secure long-term evolution and cope with business objectives

Global GMA strategy:

  • Responsible of GMA commercial policy (retrofits, upgrades management specific business cases, pool sizing…), you will be the focal point to adapt, develop and apply GMA commercial policy
  • Lead transversal projects related to new services or business development
  • Implement new deal validation template and process including financial aspects and risks/opportunities
  • Manage improvement project to make more reliable, profitable or agile the GMA product

Profile:

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge in financial analysis (margin, npv, irr…)
  • Knowledge of airline operations & aircraft maintenance
  • Ability to propose alternate solutions to meet customers demand
  • Ability to convince
  • Good communication with pairs and customers
  • French (Fluent level)
  • English (Negotiation level)
  • Italian (optional)
