Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Assistant Plant Manager & EOS Coordinator that is eager to learn and to grow in our team, well organized to assist the Plant Manager & Staff Team in day-to-day activities.

Your Role

In your daily job:

• You will be responsible for Plant Manager's agenda;

• Keeping the plant presentation up to date;

• Centralize the PR from all departments;

• Organizing meetings and protocols;

• Organizing travels of the Plant Manager and the Staff;

• Ensure the interface between any Aptiv employee and the Plant Manager;

• Making sure that the orders to the suppliers we are working with are placed in the system;

• Ensuring that all suppliers are paid on time;

• Keeping the timesheet for the Plant Manager and members of the Staff;

• Receiving and sending correspondence to the intended recipients;

• Coordinate the internal audit system (EOS) of the plant;

• Reviewing the corrective action plan following internal (EOS) and external (TUV) audits;

• Filling out and review the audit documentation;

• Creating and agree the audit plan with the audited teams;

• Coordinate and train the audit teams according to the Aptiv requirements;

• Review action plans and to report overdue problems in the specific area to the direct manager;

• Following and complying with the continuous improvement plans in the department;

• Immediately escalation certain accidental delays in projects or actions to the direct manager;

• Statistically monitor the results of the audits and to report them to the direct manager.

Your Background

• High School/Bachelor's Degree;

• Good English knowledge;

• MS Office Software;

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal;

• Organized and responsible person;

• Analytical thinking and synthesis, attention to detail;

• Problem Solving abilities;

• Team Player;

• Dynamic person and spontaneous;

• Solution and people oriented.
