  • Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Administração ou áreas afins.

ATIVIDADES

  • Registrar no sistema todas as operações realizadas em cada Ordem de Produção aberta para permitir, no final do mês, a apuração dos custos em cada linha de negócios da empresa.
  • Analisar, quando da apuração dos custos de cada linha de negócios, as variações, distorções constatadas, procurando encontrar e/ou explicar tais ocorrências, gerar relatórios específicos de interesse e controle de cada oficina e linha de produção, como o custo homem/hora de cada um de seus profissionais.
  • Valorar, no final do mês, os estoques de equipamentos e peças reparados, apurando o consumo de materiais, equipamentos, peças e mão de obra empregada.
  • Coordenar e participar dos inventários de estoque de materiais, equipamentos e peças existente no estoque com a contagem física dos itens, comparando com os registros, procurando identificar e explicar possíveis diferenças, processando as devidas correções no sistema informatizado, gerando os relatórios de gestão a cada uma das áreas envolvidas.
  • Analisar as variações significativas ocorridas nos valores dos estoques apurados para justificar suas causas.
  • Participar da elaboração e fechamento dos relatórios integrantes do Financial Reports, preparando alguns dos relatórios do referido expediente, para acompanhamento e controle da alta direção.
  • Identificar e sinalizar a seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor; atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced English
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

ACTIVITIES

  • Recording in the system all the operations carried out on each Production Order opened to allow, at the end of the month, the calculation of costs in each of the company's business lines.
  • Analyze, when calculating the costs of each business line, the variations and distortions found, trying to find and/or explain these occurrences, generating specific reports of interest and control for each workshop and production line, such as the man-hour cost of each of its professionals.
  • Valuing stocks of repaired equipment and parts at the end of the month, calculating the consumption of materials, equipment, parts and labor employed.
  • Coordinating and participating in stock inventories of materials, equipment and parts in stock by physically counting the items, comparing them with the records, trying to identify and explain possible differences, processing the appropriate corrections in the computerized system, generating management reports for each of the areas involved.
  • Analyzing significant variations in stock values in order to justify their causes.
  • Participating in the preparation and closing of the Financial Reports, preparing some of the reports in this area for monitoring and control by senior management.
  • Identifying and pointing out to their manager opportunities for improvement or innovation in their sector; working on technological research activities and the development of technological innovation related to their area of activity.
