Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez amené à coordonner la préparation et le suivi du plan aéronautique :

Vous serez le point focal des achats généraux pour les différents clients internes au Canada pour la famille d’achats suivante = Real Estate and Facility Management PJR.

Soutenir les organisations (ou équipes) des clients internes et de Approvisionnement général dans la création et la formulation de la stratégie d'achats en fournissant des données sur les fournisseurs.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes travaux et bâtiments en Europe, diriger les équipes multifonctionnelles locales afin de maximiser la visibilité sur la planification des besoins d’achats.

Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et travailler à l'identification et la mise en place de nouveaux fournisseurs.

Diriger les équipes multidivisionnelles dans le cadre du processus de RFP/RFI (demande de proposition/demande d'information).

Mener les appels d'offres. La valeur des projets varie, mais elle est généralement de l'ordre de 1 M USD par événement. La valeur des appels d'offres peut être supérieure à 1 M USD dans certains cas.

Rédiger, négocier et gérer les termes et conditions des contrats d'achats

Gérer toutes les activités opérationnelles et régionales d'achats pour la familles d'achats PJR :

Soutenir les activités achats "Global pour Local" afin de fournir une vision de l'écosystème local et soutenir ainsi les équipes des Achats Généraux basés en Europe.
En tant que candidat idéal,

Vous avez un diplôme (équivalent Master) en logistique, génie industriel, ou un diplôme avec une expérience professionnelle équivalente,

Vous avez plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans les achats et la négociation, idéalement de bâtiment et vous avez une très bonne connaissance du marché de la construction et des règles en vigueur

Vous êtes capables de communiquer et interagir avec différents niveaux hiérarchiques

Vous êtes agiles et avez la capacité de mener plusieurs dossiers de front et de pouvoir définir la gestion des sujets urgents et importants

Vous savez travailler dans un environnement multiculturel

La maîtrise de la langue française (parlée couramment) est obligatoire·

In your duties, you will be called upon to coordinate the preparation and the follow-up of the aircraft plan:

Be the General Procurement focal point for Management and Operations for the internal customers in for the following commodity = real estate and Facility Management PJR. You will be more particularly in charge of the works and building scope = Building - Electrical Supplies and Services, fire protection, Mechanical services, Architecture, engineering, technical control and assistance, Buildings & Construction - Rent...).

Support Internal Customer organizations (or teams) and General Procurement in creating and formulating the sourcing strategy by providing data about suppliers.
-
Establish and ensure regular two-way communication with key functional and local internal customers; and within the PJR works and buildings commodity in North America.

Works closely with General Procurement commodity managers in Europe and drives local multi-functional teams (MFTs) to maximize visibility on procurement planning.

Lead Commodity Multi Divisional Teams (MDT) in RFP/RFI (request for proposal/request for information) Process.

Develop procurement plans and identify opportunities within assigned commodities and support savings program targets.

Lead calls for tender. Values of projects will vary, but generally around $1 M per event. RFP/RFI values may be well over $1M in certain cases.

Responsible for drafting, negotiation and management of contract terms and conditions.

Responsible for all Operational and Regional Sourcing activities with focus on an assigned commodity.

Perform "Local for Local" procurement activities in alignment with the commodities’ strategy.

Support “Global for Local” procurement activities to provide local insight and support to global and other regional buyers leading sourcing projects
As the ideal candidate, ·

You have a Master degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, or a diploma with equivalent work experience.

You have 5 years or more of experience in procurement and negotiations ideally in the bduiling/construction and you have a very good knowledge of this market

You are able to communicate and interact with different hierarchical levels

You are agile and can manage in parallel several subjects and identify the urgent and important one.

You are able to work in a multicultural environment

French language (fluent in French) is mandatory.
