Vos idées sont notre énergie.Le candidat sélectionné rejoindra le service d'approvisionnement de la cabine (ABPC) et fera partie de la cabine d'approvisionnement pour l'après-vente (PCR).L'équipe PCR est une équipe véritablement multiculturelle, située à Hambourg et à Toulouse, qui soutient les activités de service client d'Airbus.L'équipe évolue dans un environnement très dynamique, et a pour enjeux de limiter l'exposition financière d'Airbus en cas de problèmes en service.Dans votre rôle, vous devrez :
- diriger les activités d'approvisionnement liées aux projets de mise à niveau de la cabine A220 avec le principal fournisseur cabine
- contrôler les conditions contractuelles liées à l'après-vente, assurer leur respect et mettre à jour les conditions pour Airbus si besoin ;
- soutenir l'équipe dans la création de l'offre de mise à niveau A220 ;
- représenter l'Approvisionnement après-vente dans les réunions liées aux évolutions
- suivre les demandes d'évolution;
- négocier des conditions commerciales des évolutions et adapter les conditions aux besoins spécifiques de l'équipe projet d'évolution A220;
- à la clôture des négociations commerciales, garantir la création en temps opportun des bons de commande pour les coûts non récurrents et le partage des prix avec Satair en temps opportun.
- si nécessaire, assistance sur le périmètre d'autre acheteurs
Vous serez impliqué dans de multiples activités d'amélioration :
- l'amélioration des processus
- réduction des coûts
- mise à jour/ nettoyage du contrat
En tant que candidat idéal,
- Vous avez un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans les achats ou la gestion des fournisseurs ou l'environnement d’approvisionnement. Une expérience en service client est un atout.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur, d'administration des affaires avec une formation technique ou d'ingénieur avec une formation commerciale.
- Vous avez des capacités de communication avérées, convaincantes et assertives, notamment avec les représentants des fournisseurs, les parties prenantes internes.
- Vous êtes un joueur d'équipe, capable de travailler dans un environnement multifonctionnel et sur plusieurs sites différents.
- Vous êtes créatif et innovant, avec la capacité d'être rapidement autonome et adaptable dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Vous avez une attitude proactive, constructive et axée sur les affaires.
- Vous avez l'esprit client et êtes orienté résultats.
Avoir une expérience en cabine, gestion de projet, négociation commerciale ou service client sera un plus.De solides compétences en négociation en anglais sont requises. Toute autre langue est un plus.Ce poste est situé à Mirabel, au Canada, mais pourrait nécessiter des déplacements occasionnels dans les installations du fournisseur. You will work in a team that evolves in a very dynamic environment with large growth potential, where creativity, flexibility, and dynamics are the moto.In your role, you will:
- lead the procurement activities linked to A220 Cabin Upgrade projects with the major A220 Cabin Supplier
- monitor the contractual conditions linked to after sales, secure their fulfillment and up-to-date conditions for Airbus if needed;
- support the team in the A220 upgrade offer creation;
- represent the after sales Procurement in upgrades related meetings;
- follow upgrades requests in the Technical Implementation Meeting;
- negotiate the commercial conditions for upgrades to match the conditions to the specific needs of the A220 upgrade project team;
- upon closure of commercial negotiations, secure timely Non-Recurring Costs purchase order creation and timely price sharing with Satair.
- if required, support on other Buyer`s perimeter
You will be involved in multiple improvement activities:
- process improvement
- cost reduction
- contract maintenance/ clean-up
As our ideal candidate,
- You have a minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Procurement or supplier management or sourcing environment. Prior experience in Customer Services is an advantage.
- You hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration with a technical background or Engineering with a business background.
- You have proven communication skills, convincing and assertive, especially with suppliers’ representatives, internal stakeholders.
- You are a team player, able to work in a multi-functional environment, and on several different sites.
- You are creative and innovative, with the capacity to be quickly autonomous, and adaptable in a fast changing environment.
- You have a proactive, constructive, and business driven attitude.
- You are customer mindset and result oriented.
Having experience in cabin, project management, commercial negotiation or customer services will be a plus.Strong negotiation skills in English is required. Any other language is a plus.This position is located in Mirabel, in Canada but could require occasional travel to Supplier’s facilities. Travel to Europe could be required for team dynamics, trainings and workshops.
