Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à rejoindre l'organisation de transformation numérique et commerciale d'Airbus Canada (A220), une organisation nouvellement formée jetant les bases de la préparation d'Airbus Canada pour le prochain chapitre.
La transformation comprend et s'efforce de connecter tous les éléments des aspects humains et humains du changement, de l'optimisation et de l'efficacité des processus, du support de la technologie numérique et des outils innovants tout en gardant un œil sur la culture et la façon de travailler.
La transformation d'Airbus Canada est une avancée très significative pour faire évoluer notre façon de travailler et nos outils, sécuriser la montée en puissance et préparer notre avenir.
La transformation s'étend sur plusieurs phases, ciblant des objectifs commerciaux distincts, garantissant toujours un lien étroit avec la technologie/les outils, les processus et les personnes.
Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :

Piloter l'intégration fonctionnelle au sein de la transformation numérique de l'A220 en assurant la cohérence des solutions tout au long des flux de bout en bout

Définir et communiquer une vision fonctionnelle et architecturale partagée pour aider à assurer l'intégration de bout en bout des processus d'affaires
-
Piloter toutes les activités concernant la migration des données pendant les activités de séparation
-
Être un acteur clé dans les dossiers de décisions stratégiques interfonctionnelles (ie ARP, DDMS,...) tout au long de la transformation pluriannuelle de l'entreprise
-
Contribuer à la stratégie et aux décisions du programme en étant membre de l'équipe de direction de la transformation numérique de l'A220.

Piloter de manière proactive la « veille » technologique et proposer des innovations pour permettre la transformation de l'entreprise.
En tant que candidat idéal, les compétences suivantes sont requises :
-
Expérience dans des projets stratégiques ou à grande échelle, à haut risque, de préférence avec une expérience dans un environnement de fabrication au sein d'une grande entreprise mondiale.

Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de l’intégration fonctionnelle
-
Excellentes compétences en leadership dans un environnement exigeant, multifonctionnel et multinational
-
Excellente communication bilingue (parlée et écrite) en français, anglais et compétences en réseautage sont essentielles ainsi qu'une forte capacité d'influence.

Esprit orienté client, capacités d'adaptation, rythme rapide

Fort sens des affaires et du numérique

Solutions informatiques complexes et compréhension technique

In your duties, you will be called to join the Airbus Canada (A220) Digital & Business Transformation organization which is a newly shaped organization laying the foundations towards preparing Airbus Canada for the next chapter.
The transformation comprises & strives to connect all the elements of People & Human aspects of change, Process Optimisation & Efficiency, Supporting Digital Technology & Innovative Tools while keeping an eye on culture and way of working.
The Airbus Canada transformation is a very significant step forward to evolve our way of working and tools, securing the ramp up and preparing our future.
The transformation is spread across phases, targeting distinct business objectives always ensuring a tight link to Technology/Tools, Process and People.
In your duties, you will be called upon to:

Leading the functional integration within the A220 digital transformation by ensuring consistencies of the solutions along the end to end flows
-
Define and communicate a shared functional and architectural vision to help ensure the end to end integration of business processes

Driving all activities regarding data migration during the separation activities
-
Being a key player in strategic cross functional decisions dossiers (ie ARP, DDMS,...) along the multi year business transformation
-
Contributing to program strategy and decisions by being a member of the A220 Digital transformation leadership team
-
Proactively driving Technological “watch” and proposing innovation to enable business transformation.
As the ideal candidate, the following skills are required:
-
Experience in large scale, high risk, or strategic projects, preferably with a background in a manufacturing environment in a large global enterprise.

Demonstrated experience in managing functional integration
-
Excellent leadership skills in a demanding, multi-functional and multinational environment
-
Excellent Communication Bilingual (spoken and written) in French, English and Networking skills are essential and a strong ability to influence

Customer oriented mindset, adaptive capabilities, fast paced

Strong business & digital acumen
-
Complex IT solutions and technical understanding
