Aftersales Pricing Officer

The Aftersales Pricing Officer will be a key team player in supporting, deploying and structuring a smooth pricing operation for AMEIO region. Developing her/his analytical capabilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to master the totality of the pricing operations, while acquiring visibility of several senior stakeholders of the business. It’s a great opportunity to act at the core of the After Sales business, while directly influencing the profitability of the business.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Support NAE (Nissan Automotive Europe) Aftersales pricing strategy and deployment across AMEIO region, providing timely responses to markets, as well as impact analysis of pricing actions (raising or decreasing prices)

- Produce reports containing analysis of the portfolio of parts (~600K active parts), and coordinating the implementation of prices into other systems

- Liaise with NE-IS, CMMs, After Sales community, Purchasing, Finance and suppliers to correct past mistakes on the system, aiming for full accuracy of the parts pricing catalogue

- Support new projects (i.e. penny parts strategy, sales at loss revision, policy creation, demand analysis) that will contribute to the continuous improvement of the pricing department

Experience and skills required:

Education:
- Master's degree in one or more of the following areas: Strategic Management,  Operations, International Management, Project Management

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fields related to project management, operations, strategic planning, data analysis, IS tools, Pricing tools and systems

Skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and exchange with executives
- Solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- Being able to prioritize tasks and to strategically deliver the expected results
- Contribute to important decisions aligned with customer needs and organizational goals
- Good skills with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel) are a must
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must, other language(s) are an advantage
