Job Description

Perform detailed analysis of different design methodologies for converters like LLC, DCDC, Buck-Boost, Flyback for On Board Chargers(OBC)

Work on different hard/soft switching control methodologies of Power semiconductor devices like MOS, IGBT, SiC, GaN
-
Identify the losses in OBC and propose desired methodologies to control them.

Collect requirements from respective stakeholders and convert them into deliverables
-
Using the technical/domain expertise guide a Model based Development (MBD) team to design the control of DC-DC converters
-
Conceptual design and prototypical implementation of new ideas in OBC DC-DC Converters
-
Work in Functional Safety Software Development up to ASIL-D according to ISO26262-6:2018
Prerequisite:
-
Bachelors/Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 8+ years of experience

Demonstrate hands on Experience on MBD Tools like MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, Embedded Coder
-
Experience from Automotive Software development, preferably in the domain of powertrain and electrification.

Seasoned knowledge in Power Electronics, Electrical Drives, Control Systems
-
Technical expertise in Power Semiconductor switches(IGBT/MOSFET) and its operation
-
Experience of working in High Voltage Electric PowerTrain applications/On board Chargers/DC-DC Converters
-
Able to demonstrate experience and support software process and quality activities, preferably in the processes of ASPICE.

Demonstrate knowledge and experience in AUTOSAR and ISO26262 standards which will be an added advantage
-
Experienced in configuration management and IDE tools such as Polarion/ALM, Git/Teamforge.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork in distributed teams
