ADAS Algorithm Test Engineer. Troy, MI. Develop validation technology for automated driving systems. Perform virtual validation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Implement automation using Python and M-scripts. Perform testing in software-in-loop (SIL), model-in-loop (MIL), and hardware-in-loop (HIL) environments. Analyze software requirements, create test cases, and implement validation of ADAS features. Work with multiple teams on multiple customer programs and coordinate with teams across different geographical regions if necessary. Requires Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or closely related field and two years of experience testing and validating automotive software for cameras and using CarMaker, Python, CANape, JIRA, CAN, Control Desk, dSpace, CANoe, Simulink, and SQL.
