Responsibilities:

Responsible for one or more assigned national and/or international key account(s)

Acting as proposal manager and/or campaign manager
-
Representing the entire TESAT product and solutions portfolio (RF, digital and optical communication) on all levels of the assigned accounts
-
Actively working with all external stakeholders to further develop customer intimacy
-
Representing the voice of the customer to all internal stakeholders
-
Be owner of the key account plan and contributing to the overall sales strategy
-
Shaping the future of the company by turning early ideas into real opportunities
-
Ensuring high awareness of compliance risks and integrity of the team at all times
-
Active support of the sales digitalization strategy
Your Qualification
-
Experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Business development
-
Good knowledge of the TESAT product portfolio or at least experience with sales of complex technologies
-
Knowledge of defence and military business is an asset
-
Strong networker and team player with entrepreneur mindset and leadership skills
-
Willingness to travel
-
Ability to think out of the box and identify future opportunities e.g. with cross selling
-
Excellent communication skills, incl. c-level communication
-
Intercultural competence
-
High level of resilience
-
Interest in working with institutional/military customers
-
Fluent in German and Business English
-
Experience with Customer Relation Management Software (e.g. Salesforce) is beneficial
