WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Unleash your inner passion and push the boundaries, in JLR’s Assisted and Automated Driving (AAD) Domain. The AAD Domain is an exciting area, delivering features through the definition of the customer needs, system design and confirmation the design meets the customer intent.

 

You will be responsible for leading the product programme definition, and product road map, and lead the cross-functional squad that delivers the product road map against programme deliverables. 

 

You will have the opportunity to understand our customer needs, and the competitor offerings and create the products that support our customers in their everyday journeys, through a combination of driving aids, driving assistance and driving automation.

 

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

 

  • Lead coordinated delivery of vehicle programmes from concept to launch
  • Primary programme management interface internally within AAD and with wider business/programme stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery of large individual and multiple lifecycle projects
  • Implement, monitor and run an effective programme governance framework and cadence to facilitate/enable agile programme delivery Inc. 
  • Lead product/programme assumptions change management implementation in line with requirements
  • Manage programme communications with all stakeholders, both internal and external as required. Align and communicate changes that impact the product definition, product value or product backlog

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Significant Scrum Master Experience
  • Knowledge of Assisted and Automated Driving Systems
  • Ability to communicate with individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way
  • Experienced with Agile Frameworks - (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE) and Agile planning tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Understanding of Software Development processes and continuous delivery
