Job Description:
- An opportunity for a A400M MRO&Retrofit Master Production Scheduler has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
- The selected candidate will join the A400M MR0 & Retrofit Team, organization in charge of delivering A400M Aircraft after successful completion of MRO&Retrofit tasks required by our customers. This position will be within Planning & Production Control department, which is a multicultural team located in Getafe, Seville and Manching.
- The jobholder will support Master Production Schedule of Getafe plant, secure measurement of shopfloor efficiency, monitor cost together with Finance and key stakeholders, and, participate in various improvement projects across sites in Spain and Germany.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The jobholder will be responsible for / The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
- Define, implement and optimize industrial KPIs in the plant, efficiency, On Time Delivery.
- Define the Long Term and Mid-Term Planning for A400M MRO & Retrofit program.
- Represents the Base Line Strategy for the plant and the delivery compromise acquired with the Program and final customers.
- Lead local preparation of yearly MRO&Retrofit operations budget (EAC&OP), including support functions (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering), supporting key stakeholders in decision making meetings.
- Define the program load & capacity Strategy for Long and Mid Term planning and include the voice of the customers stakeholders (programs and final customers).
- Participate and support Operations Multi Functional Team led by plant management in order to secure proper Planning inputs are available.
- Ensure continuous implementation of OES and LEAN principals in the scope of A400M MRO & Retrofit, with the objective of became the BEST PRACTICE reference in planning.

- Education: Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years in Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management, …
- High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
- Advanced level in English. German would be a plus.
- SAP, MS Office, programming skills and MS Project would be a plus,
