Role
Reporting to the Mobile Customer Invoicing Coordinator, the Mobile Customer Invoicing Administrator is responsible for facilitating the smooth processing of invoices for all mobile customers, ensuring charges are accurate so that payment can secured, whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
The role is a vital in ensuring the payment for the services that Kwik Fit Mobile provides, reducing or eliminating the risk of financial loss to the business, as well our customers feeling confident that they are being charged fairly and appropriately.
