1.Lead molding department CIP (Continue Improvement Plan) and optimize molding layout and process standard and 5S. 2.Lead molding technician team and seek new technology to enhance productivity. Manage molding tool try run, debug molding process and parameters, build tool try run report and production process document. 3.Optimize molding production process, adjust and lead and teach the technician for parameters setup. 4.Responsible for the production capability and initial process capability study and validation for new machine/tool.
