What to Expect We are recruiting for a Change Control Engineer to join our Total Quality Management department in Woking, As the Change Control Engineer you will coordinate the McLaren Automotive change process, which is applicable on changes to vehicle parts and the associated production processes. The core objective of the role is to manage and implement changes to vehicles in development and in series production that are the best-balanced solution to improving quality, protecting production plans, delivery time and the cost of McLaren Automotive products.

What to Expect We are recruiting for a Principal Aerothermal Engineer to join our fantastic Design Engineering department in Woking, As the Principal Aerothermal Engineer, you will be responsible for the vehicle aerodynamics and powertrain cooling systems for all vehicle programmes. Managing the use of, 1D simulation, CFD, scale wind tunnel, and track side testing methods to investigate concepts and complete design validation against programme targets.
