As a Patient Support Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to and documenting customer technical enquires via phone calls and emails. You will engage with prospective and current customers, including patients, their support persons, and healthcare professionals, providing them with the best possible resolution to their concerns. Every call will be diligently recorded into the system to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Our client are looking for an exceptional customer service advisor to work in their office based in Croydon, close to Beddington Lane area.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, this is a tempoary position to start off with but could possibly lead to a permanent role in the near future.
You must possess excellent communication abilities both face to face and over the telephone. You will have good IT knowledge and skills, along with the ability to be able to grasp new tasks both quickly and effectively.
