As a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the Insights Device Management (IDM) system. IDM is a state-of-the-art platform for over-the-air (OTA) updates and configuration management of IoT devices, primarily utilized in vehicle tracking applications. The system includes a front-end website built with Angular and C#, along with multiple back-end services developed in C#.
Your responsibilities will include:
The Customer Service Support Specialist will be part of the client support team. This individual mainly will be dealing with technicians, partners and clients and will organize workflow. This role will not only oversee the organization and scheduling of services but will also be deeply involved in the technical aspects of AUTO and IOT tracking devices.
