The Customer Quality Engineer supports strategic customer accounts with direct customer interface to drive quality improvement, responding to customer issues with crisp communication, and providing strong problem resolution. Responsible for maintaining customer contacts regarding all quality related activities during product development, product release, production start and series production.
The NPD Quality Engineer leads all Quality aspects of new product development, by influencing the customer, the Sensata development team (Design, Process, Program Management, etc.), and the Sensata Manufacturing team. The goal of the NPD Quality Engineer is to achieve flawless execution of product development.
