Job Summary This position is responsible for managing all pricing related territories. This employee implements the Corporate policy, strategies and compiles / creates reports on metrics for management review and identify opportunities for improvement. They own accountability for compliance, and systems such as Sharepoint, Oracle, Pricing Analysis and act as an internal point of contact for daily operations.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for for interacting with customers to provide information, support and problem resolution to inquiries and order status. They will serves as the customer’s main point of contact for delivery and order status. The customer service rep maintains proactive communication and acts on customer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner. Builds strong partnership internally with production, planning, logistics and business functions to identify and drive alternatives to deliver the customer order requirements.

This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to HQ building in Shanghai, China five times per week.

Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.
