Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the primary focus of the Client Services Case Manager role is the responsibility for the control and resolution of customer issues bought to the attention of McLaren Automotive. You will ensure that customers requiring assistance are supported with speed, professionalism & in a manner which actively upholds brand integrity and values.
What to Expect
Reporting into the Head of Network Strategy and in partnership with the Network Development Manager and Regional Business Managers, define all global market strategies and project-manage all new Retailer facility locations, ensuring all approved McLaren suppliers have framework standards in place with high performing Retailers recognised and low performing Retailers with actions in place.
