Position Summary
The Aptiv Connection Systems Team is looking for a Manufacturing Controls Engineer. This Manufacturing Engineer will serve to coordinate and ensure the sustain, improve, adequate of component assembly machines and/or cells for production intent requirements as a product Current connection systems and associated components, materials, assemblies and manufacturing technologies. The successful candidate will focus on a wide range of on-vehicle products necessary to support rapid growth within Aptiv’s electrification product portfolios.
Your Role
Is responsible of leading the Plant to operate and provide products and services with the quality and time expected; in an efficient and cost effective manner while meeting company business targets.

Stablish and ensure the plant operates in optimal conditions and safety culture.
Stablish and maintain company processes to ensure maximum capacity and resource utilization.

·Support and follow to project schedule·Support in coordination of design validations·Work with suppliers, purchasing, SQE, ME, VE, plant mfg., plant quality to resolve issues.·Prepare and deliver design analysis reports including DFMEA, FEA, Mold flows, and tolerance stacks.·Ensure customer deliverables are met (Prototypes, Pilots, Production Trial Run parts, etc.
