Our Antrim facility plays an essential role in our global supply chain infrastructure in delivering over 20 million units annually to some of the world's leading automotive manufacturers.To help us meet our ambitious targets, we are seeking an experienced Technician to join our team providing technical support to our manufacturing operation, ensuring optimum performance of equipment and technical assets.
The Business Analyst, Manufacturing & Quality will work closely with business stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. They will elicit and document detailed requirements and collaborate with development teams for implementation.
General Responsibilities
· Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to identify and document potential improvements, coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes, and identify automation opportunities.
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on the electrical and mechanical systems of equipment. Directly report to equipment supervisor and dotted line to manufacturing supervisor, quickly response to machine issue and take action to improve them; Enhance equipment capacity by scheduled maintenance and spare parts management.
Responsibilities:
This position will oversee all metal joining processes at the Sensata Thousand Oaks, CA facility, including internal processes: Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Laser Welding, Resistance Welding, Induction Brazing and interconnect soldering plus external processes: Electron Beam Welding and Furnace Brazing for Aerospace applications.
Work closely with process engineer and manufacturing supervisor to identify the production line needs. Product & manufacturing process and documents transfer. Document, Quality key points, fixture design.Enhancing company's competitiveness through higher output and lower cost.
New product Development Planning review, production capacity and manufacturing evaluation.
