The HR Generalist is responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise by providing a wide range of HR support and advice. This includes, but not limited to, guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
The Legal Counsel acts as advisor on legal issues pertaining to the organization. The primary areas of focus will be drafting and review of procurement contracts, advice for contentious and non-contentious issues with suppliers, landlords, government agencies and other parties, continuous improvement of Contract Lifecycle Management process, e-Stamping process, risk mitigation measures, etc.
