DUTIES: Lead the development of product launch timelines with Product Management; oversee and manage milestones of the Development Team and report to key stakeholders regularly, including direct leadership of cross functional team (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier Management functions); development of capital plans for equipment upgrades and product tooling; customer engagement and product launch planning; manage the production launch of required components, working with design and sourcing teams, and ensuring the availability of materials for production launch schedule.

Role Reports directly to North America Sales Leader for our Clean Energy Solutions (CES) Business, focused on Electrification. This role is responsible for growing & maintaining a sales region from Maine to Florida and over to Michigan. Experience with Manufacture Representatives is a plus but having a technical mindset to be able to sell our products is a must. This role focuses on three main product categories: Contactors, Battery Management Systems, and Isolation Monitoring Devices.
