What to Expect Our Manufacturing Engineering team are growing to support our business plan. New Models mean more opportunity to develop and create processes and standardisation around how we perfect each and every model we build. This role is crucial to the success of our Manufacturing operations, as you will be responsible for the processes and complexities of how we build new models – taking them from initial concept designs through prototype stages into series production.

What to Expect McLaren Automotive has a talented New Model Launch team which is responsible for the pre-production build of all new models in readiness for launch onto the main production lines. The Launch Technical Lead will report to and assist the Launch Technical Group Leader as per the below specification.
