Job Description
This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Warren, MI, Austin, TX, Roswell, GA, Mountain View, CA, or Oshawa, Ontario Canada, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum. or other frequency dictated by the business.
This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

Account Manager – Virtual US
The RoleThe Account Manager will be responsible for Drive profitable net growth via Retention and Growth of existing customers. Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges and establish appropriate Omnitracs products as the best solution available. Able to influence customers buying behavior by conducting impactful discovery calls and reviews, deliver product demos that meet customer’s expectations and addresses the customer’s pains/ gains.

As a Principal Product Manager you will work closely with stakeholders across engineering, technical operations, client services, marketing, sales, and research to set roadmap priorities, design new products and product updates, provide business input and direction to product development, and communicate product updates to internal and external customers.
