What to Expect We are recruiting for a NVH Senior Engineer to join our fantastic NVH team in Idiada. As the Senior Engineer you will be required to ensure vehicle sound quality and NVH refinement targets for McLaren products are achieved. You'll be an NVH Attribute Lead responsible for a range of future products. You will work closely with other NVH engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver all aspects of vehicle NVH (i.e. Powertrain Sound and Vibration, Road & Wind noise, Operational Sounds, Legal Requirements) from early stage to launch.

What to Expect A successful Manufacturing Engineer will use his/her process improvement experience to quantitatively assess current production/business system performance and execute change to reduce cost and optimize capacity. This role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a holistic understanding of manufacturing operations.

What to Expect We are recruiting for a Metal Fabricator to join our Vehicle Development department in Woking. As the Metal Fabricator you will be working within a small team of the Prototype Workshop serving the requirements of McLaren Automotive's Product Development Engineering base for vehicle development from concept to production release.
