The Software Defined Vehicle will increase the vehicle’s compute capability, be connected, and allow for faster software development cycles. As a Software Simulation Developer, you will be on the forefront of realistic automotive software-in-the-loop simulation environments creating highly optimized, largely automated, high-fidelity vehicles on demand which are capable of running thousands of simultaneous scenarios on cloud compute.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the design, development, testing and implementation of embedded software for automotive control systems as part of the Vehicle Mechatronic Embedded Controls (VMEC) engineering department at General Motors Canada.
What you will do:
Provide leadership within an agile scrum team to design and develop embedded software for vehicle chassis control systems using C code and MATLAB Simulink
