Daily Routine check of All Machines like MWD, Bunching, Extrusion, Coilling ,NPS .2. Installation and commissioning of Cable machine equipment.3. Installation and commissioning of Utility equipment Like RO, DG, Compressor, Transformer and LT panel.4. Budget preparation for CAPEX, power, water and maintenance expenses including maintenance contracts and spare parts. 5.Daily Predictive Plan ensure and Data analysis of Cable plant equipment. 6. Spare Part stock Verification and Raise the short fall items PR and Follow up PO
Major Accountabilities:
Conduct value analysis and value engineering activities to optimize product design, improve functionality, and reduce costs.
Lead and contribute to the design and development of wiring harness systems for automotive applications.
Utilize CAD tools such as CATIA, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks to create detailed wiring harness designs.
Manage design changes throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to change control processes and procedures.
Maximize market share and probability with every strategic automotive customer in the region assigned.
Secure new business for new products and new applications in line with DCS strategy.
Manage and allocate the human resources in his assigned territory dedicated to the customer segment in order to reach the above objectives.
Establish and propose the SAP and budget for the sales activities in the dedicated market segment in the region compatible with the overall objectives defined by the Sales & Marketing Manager – India.
