Studies: Matriculated in a Master's program in a business or legal field, ideally with a focus on human resources management

First professional experience: Ideally first experience in HR, e.g. through internships or working student assignments

Analytical skills: Ability to understand complex data and process it in a structured manner; confident with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; ability to communicate confidently and professionally with various stakeholders
