What you'll do
Propulsion & Energy unit program manager that needs to manage model year programs and all activities on platform, and also collaboration programs.
What you'll bring
• Good technical background in conventional powertrain and / or electric propulsion development or program management
• Skilled in program management, familiar with VPDS development process is a plus
• More than 10 years’ experience in conventional powertrain and / or electric propulsion development or program management is preferred
• Knowledge of BEV or hybrid propulsion system attributes trade off and optimization, familiar with mainstream BEV and / or hybrid architectures
• Good knowledge in battery HW or SW development is preferred
• Experience in functional safety area and cyber security is a plus
• Competence with any conventional powertrain and / or electric propulsion systems development, analysis, verification & validation and problem solving is preferred
• Master’s degree or above
