Test&Validation Application System Engineer

Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is engaged in the production of starters, air dampers and valves, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, as well as the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual mass flywheels and compressors for car air-conditioning. Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturing.

Currently for our entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzicewe recruit Test&Validation Application System Engineer.

Your challanges:

  • Introduce FlexEvan production launch at system level (complete eAxle: motor, inverter, reducer, park lock actuator);

  • Lead the concepts of the System Engineering Methodology / Development Plan at R&D department level;

  • Failure Mode Analysis - perform FMEA on standardized products;

  • Develop integration test scripts, track integration test effort and results and record test status, prepare requirements and validation reports;

  • Conduct qualification, verification, and validation tests, define corrective actions;

  • Resolving incidents, issues and providing bug fixes;

  • Develop the system accordingly to client's and A-Spice Engineering Methodology standards;

  • Support the project team member for system implementation and keep a critical eye regarding it.

Join our team if you have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in System Engineering in automotive or industrial applications;

  • Proficiency in English and Polish;

  • An engineer’s or master’s degree;

  • Understanding of synchronous motor control methodology;

  • Knowledge of modeling/simulation tools and requirement management tools;

  • Knowledge of functional analysis/control software based on Vector solutions ( CANoe, CANalyser);

  • A strong communicator and passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer;

  • Willingness to work with international teams;

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills.
