Customer Quality Manager - Tesla

Quality Leadership in all Aptiv plants related to Tesla Business and along the value stream from suppliers-wiring manufacturing-Aptiv warehouse and customer site.
Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)

Capable to lead complex activities and can teach a complete training without support.
Quality managament position (>5 years)
Summary / Responsibilities:
Manage all customer quality related activities for APTIV EDS products and services
Liaise with manufacturing plants, and provide feedback on customer performance to ensure quality is maintained at world class levels.
Define, in accordance with Plant Quality, the containment / rework process in Customer location, SILS centers, warehouse and Aptiv plant, and monitor related costs.
Control of Customer Specific Requirements Low Voltage & High Voltage (Tesla).
Active participation in problem solving techniques and process
Prepare customer audits / visits to ensure audit / visit success
Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)
Tesla Customer Specific Requeriments.(USCAR and others)
Problem solving technics (Proficiency and couch)
IATF 16949
Core Tools (SPC-MSA-CP-FMEA-PPAP)
Six Sigma Black Belt.
