Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing’s Global Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team for an initial 12 months contract position hired via our Managed Service Partner.

Successful candidate will support our growing International portfolio. This is a very unique role in that this part of TA supports global growth projects, geo-diversification efforts and new program wins. The team recruits in every region of the world and across multiple skills and domains!

You will research and investigate market trends to build and refine talent pools. You will engage and collaborate with key business and HR leaders to ensure we are making the best decisions then lead the delivery of those plans. This role is based from our Gdansk office and offers flexibility to be based in the office or ‘hybrid’ working from home.

This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced Recruiter or Sourcer looking to broaden their exposure into a truly global role!

Profile Description

  • Understand business needs, engage with the Business leaders and Hiring Managers to deploy appropriate TA solutions that meet geo-diversification and surge hiring needs

  • Research talent markets and build talent sourcing strategies

  • Attend project calls and conduct intake meetings for every requirement, partnering with colleagues and influencing approach & direction

  • Deliver innovative sourcing solutions, generate diverse talent pools and interview shortlists

  • Promote social media content to help articulate our value proposition in each geography

  • Own the candidate experience, maintain engagement throughout the hiring process and beyond

  • Work with managers to determine the best assessment and selection approach for each role, carry out applicant down select, telephone screening, interview co-ordination and testing

  • Lead the offer management process, engaging with and influencing all parties to deliver best offer first time

  • See the value in every person, diversity & inclusion at the heart of what you do

  • Occasionally work out of hours to engage with globally based colleagues and candidates where applicable

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrable experience of talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting for technical roles

  • Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets

  • Proactive approach to problem solving

  • ‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service

  • Ability to interpret data to inform hiring decisions and sourcing approaches

  • Expert communicator, fluent in English
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culturally aware; experience working across many geographies

  • Uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals

  • Eye for business and commercial awareness

  • Digital literacy, values technology

  • Experience using Workday would be an advantage but is not essential
