Supply Chain Engineering Manager

Lead and manage the SC&L team and functional network:
● Participate in and validate the recruitment of the Site Supply Chain Managers of the sites; is involved in their
appraisal reviews functional manager
● Animate the SC&L network of the region to share targets, actions, synergies and good practices
● Manage and execute the training programs for SC&L activities to develop professional competencies
● Perform the SDP process of the Region team and support the career path aspiration of the functional network
● Define and drive its region budget (H/C and costs);
Animate and challenge the sites performance:
● Review and challenge the progress of the sites against SC&L dashboards’ KPIs
● Define and capture synergies in Supply Chain and logistics activities.
● Take actively part in the KPI budget validation of the sites
● Prepare the SC&L monthly report with its team and use it to improve the SC&L performance of its perimeter.
Take an active part in the definition and ensure deployment of the standards, methodologies and digital solutions :
● From the group/BG priorities and objectives, define the deployment planning, challenge and support the sites on the
implementation of SC&L standards, methodologies and digitalization tools;
● Manage the integration of Supply Chain culture from early projects milestones
● Contribute to cross-regions or cross-BG synergies
● Contribute to the definition of SC&L standards & methodologies
● Perform the training according to the SC&L training programs;
● Perform OJT on sites ensuring adherence to standards and rules;
Support sites team in improvement of their efficiency and drive the progress of the V5000 PS roadmaps
● Support sites in the adaptation/implementation/usage of their supply chain information system and manage the
improvement of their Logistics Physical Flow efficiency.
● Drive with its team the progress of the 5 Axes V5000 PS roadmaps
Support the sites during risk of customer shutdown crisis due to supply chain issues:
● Coach & support the failing sites in their recovery
Ensure strict adherence of Safety, Ethics and Compliance rules within the network;
● Detect and escalate gaps related to Safety, Ethics and Compliance rules within the network;
