Our client, a global manufacturing business, is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their dynamic team. Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to their customers.

In this role you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient supply chain processes. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to both existing and new customers, managing orders, and maintaining effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manage the execution and administration of sales contracts, following our client's internal rules and operating policies.

  • Improve work-flow processes to reduce human error and increase accuracy in contract administration.

  • Coordinate transport bookings to meet customer delivery dates negotiating with service providers for competitive prices.

  • Invoice orders in alignment with customer contracts.

  • Prepare shipping documents, including necessary export documentation.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure orders are dispatched on time.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and assisting with order placement.

  • Process urgent order requests and manage stock holding.

  • Ensure accurate data entry in the in-house system and update reports in line with shipping documents and final invoices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating commercial acumen.

  • Proficiency in learning new systems and a high level of numeracy.

  • Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively prioritise workload.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proven organisational skills and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexible attitude and adaptability to changing requirements.
