Background
In PLM Core, you will be part of designing and delivering software development and installation services to Volvo Cars. It’s an opportunity to take on complex tasks and engage with a wide range of stakeholders within a global cross-company environment, in one of the most exciting industries today.
You will be working with CPAM that is an in-house developed application to authorize marketing and sales.
Job Description
You will be part of the DevOps team that is focused on an agile way of working. We need you to be part of defining solutions and perform development and maintenance activity. To be successful you need to be able to be creative and keen on researching and learning. You are expected to promote software best practices, standards and processes.
Main responsibilities
- Develop, drive consistent patterns, reusable components and coding standards of UI infrastructure to support multiple car platforms.
- Support the team with analyzing requirements and pinpoint architectural challenges.
- Develop new features and functionalities iteratively, working from a minimum of requirements.
- Proactively strive for a tool architecture with superior maintainability.
- Always apply a DevOps mindset using agile/scrum methodologies.
Job Requirements/Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in APL development and enhancement.
- Extensive experience in Angular and experience in developing UI.
- Strong Experience in windows server handling (setting up UI, services, backend).
- Strong experience on bug fix and incident resolving.
- Strong analytical and learning skills, adopting technology, language, framework, and the tool will be part of the day-to-day activity.
- Extensive experience developing highly available and highly scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices such as agile principles.
- Should have knowledge on 3SCALE, Azure DevOps and MQ.
